  • How do class levels work?

    Our classes are organized into four levels so you can choose what feels right for your body:


    Level 1 – Assisted / Gentle

    For individuals who require assistance, prefer chair-based or mat-based practice, or are recovering from injury with limited mobility.


    Level 2 – Beginner / Slow Pace

    For beginners or those seeking slower movements, lighter workouts, and a focus on stretching and mobility.


    Level 3 – Intermediate

    For participants looking for a moderate challenge with more active movement and increased strength and coordination.


    Level 4 – Advanced

    For experienced participants seeking a more challenging, higher-energy practice that requires strength, endurance, and control.


    You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and modify as needed.

  • Do you also offer high-intensity classes?

    Yes. High-intensity classes are available and are clearly marked as Level 4 (Advanced).

  • Do I need prior experience to join?

    No experience is required. Many of our members are beginners. Classes are guided clearly, with options and modifications so you can participate safely and comfortably.

  • Is the app free?

    Yes. The Life Bridge Center app includes free access to basic classes and content. You may choose to upgrade to a paid membership to unlock additional programs, classes, challenges, and features.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time unless otherwise stated in a specific program or written agreement. Cancellation terms will always be clearly communicated before purchase.

  • Is Life Bridge Center a medical or rehabilitation service?

    No. Life Bridge Center provides wellness, fitness, and educational content and does not replace medical care, physical therapy, or professional medical advice. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have health concerns.

    No special equipment is required. Most classes use bodyweight only. Some classes may optionally use a chair, yoga mat, weights, or resistance bands, but alternatives are always suggested.

  • What if a class uses equipment such as weights?

    You can always use simple alternatives such as water bottles, or choose to do the class without any weights at all. If you do use weights, you’re encouraged to select light or heavier options based on what feels safe and comfortable for your body.

  • Can I exercise if I have balance issues?

    Yes. We offer chair-based classes, mat-based classes, wall-supported movements, and balance-focused exercises such as Tai Chi, all designed to support stability and reduce fall risk.

  • How long are the classes?

    Class lengths vary to suit different energy levels and schedules. You’ll find short sessions (5, 10, or 20 minutes) as well as longer classes (30–60 minutes).

  • How often should I practice?
