Cold Pressed Green Juice

The ultimate green juice!
Delicious, refreshing, and packed with nutrients — this juice gives you a natural boost of energy and is loaded with antioxidants, phytochemicals, minerals, and vitamins.
In one serving, you get the equivalent of a whole day’s worth of vegetables and greens!
This is truly one of the tastiest green juices I’ve ever tried: naturally sweet, but not too much — perfectly balanced.
If you have a cold-pressed juicer at home, this is an amazing way to start your day!
And great news: the quantities are flexible.
If you prefer a less sweet juice, simply add more cucumbers and parsley and reduce the fruit — or do the opposite for a sweeter version.
Ingredients
- 3 Royal Gala apples
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 5 small cucumbers
- ½ pineapple, peeled and cut into pieces
- 10 fresh mint leaves (they dramatically upgrade the flavor!)
- 4 golden kiwi
Instructions
- Run all the ingredients through a cold-pressed juicer.
- Optionally, strain again to remove extra pulp — but I personally keep the pulp for the fiber and extra health benefits.
