Summer Cold Soup



On hot summer days, nothing beats a cold, fresh, raw soup!
Light, refreshing, and incredibly yummy — the perfect cool-down treat.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 ripe red tomatoes
  • 3 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional (for extra hot days): 1 ice cube

Instructions

  1. Add the tomatoes (and the ice cube if using) to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the soup into a serving bowl or cup.
  3. Add the chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well — and enjoy immediately while cold!
