Summer Cold Soup

On hot summer days, nothing beats a cold, fresh, raw soup!
Light, refreshing, and incredibly yummy — the perfect cool-down treat.
Ingredients
- 2–3 ripe red tomatoes
- 3 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional (for extra hot days): 1 ice cube
Instructions
- Add the tomatoes (and the ice cube if using) to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the soup into a serving bowl or cup.
- Add the chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well — and enjoy immediately while cold!
