Chia Pudding With Fruits



A simple, healthy, and delicious chia pudding — perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a light snack!

Ingredients

For the pudding

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any vegan milk)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract (avoid artificial)
  • About 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: a spoonful of coconut-based vegan yogurt for extra creaminess

For the layering

  • Fresh fruits and/or granola
    (Banana slices and berries work beautifully)
  • Optional garnish: fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all the pudding ingredients except the yogurt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least a few hours, until thick and pudding-like.
  3. Spoon the chia pudding into serving glasses, alternating with layers of fruit and granola.
  • If using yogurt, add it on top or between the layers.

Serve and enjoy!
