Chia Pudding With Fruits

A simple, healthy, and delicious chia pudding — perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a light snack!
Ingredients
For the pudding
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or any vegan milk)
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract (avoid artificial)
- About 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
- Optional: a spoonful of coconut-based vegan yogurt for extra creaminess
For the layering
- Fresh fruits and/or granola
(Banana slices and berries work beautifully) - Optional garnish: fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all the pudding ingredients except the yogurt.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least a few hours, until thick and pudding-like.
- Spoon the chia pudding into serving glasses, alternating with layers of fruit and granola.
- If using yogurt, add it on top or between the layers.
Serve and enjoy!
