Home-made healthy fruit jam

So simple to make — and absolutely delicious!
A beautiful, healthy, homemade jam that’s naturally sweet and completely sugar-free (unless you choose to add a touch of maple).
Ingredients
- About 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
- 2 apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
- Optional: ¼ cup maple syrup (add more or less depending on how sweet you like your jam)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
- Cook uncovered for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency.
Storage
Keep the jam in the fridge.
It actually tastes even better the next day as the flavors deepen!
