Home-made healthy fruit jam



So simple to make — and absolutely delicious!
A beautiful, healthy, homemade jam that’s naturally sweet and completely sugar-free (unless you choose to add a touch of maple).

Ingredients

  • About 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 2 apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • Grated peel of 1 lemon
  • Optional: ¼ cup maple syrup (add more or less depending on how sweet you like your jam)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.
  3. Cook uncovered for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency.

Storage

Keep the jam in the fridge.
It actually tastes even better the next day as the flavors deepen!
