Homemade vegan granola (gluten-free option)

This is the best homemade granola!
Flexible, customizable, and unbelievably delicious.
You can play with the ingredients and quantities depending on how sweet, rich, or crunchy you like it — make it your own!
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup oats (gluten-free oats work perfectly)
- Tahini
- Maple syrup
(No exact quantities needed — simply drizzle both over the oats to your taste.)
Extras (optional but highly recommended!)
Sprinkle any of the following on top:
- Almonds (whole or chopped)
- Coconut flakes
- Seeds of any kind
- Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Spread the oats evenly on a baking tray.
- Drizzle tahini and maple syrup over the oats.
- Add your chosen extras on top.
- Mix everything together directly on the tray.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes.
- Turn the oven off and leave the granola inside for an additional 5 minutes to finish toasting.
Serving suggestion
Serve in a bowl with berries and vegan yogurt — absolutely delicious!
