This bright, creamy mango bowl tastes like dessert but nourishes like a superfood.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango cubes
- Water (just enough to blend)
- For garnish: any berries you love—strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
Instructions
- Prep the mango: Start with ripe mangoes. Peel, cut into cubes, and freeze for a few hours or overnight.
- Blend: Add the frozen mango cubes to a strong blender. Pour in just a splash of water and blend until you reach a smooth ice-cream–like consistency. Add a tiny bit more water only if needed.
- Serve: Spoon the creamy mango mixture into a bowl.
- Garnish: Top with fresh berries for color, antioxidants, and extra flavor.
