The Perfect Protein-Packed Tofu Cubes!

This easy, healthy, and delicious tofu recipe adds a perfect protein boost to any meal—crispy, flavorful, and ready in minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
- 1 pack firm tofu (350g)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt to taste (keep in mind the soy sauce adds saltiness)
Instructions
- Heat the oil: Add the roasted sesame oil to a large pan and warm it over medium–high heat.
- Prepare the tofu: Cut the tofu into small cubes and gently place them in the pan.
- Season: Drizzle the soy sauce, garlic powder, and honey/maple syrup over the tofu. Add a pinch of salt only if needed.
- Coat & cook: Carefully stir to coat all the tofu pieces without breaking them.
- Crisp it up: Stir-fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the tofu turns golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Serve: Let it cool slightly, then add it to salads, bowls, wraps, or enjoy it as a protein-rich side.
