Quinoa Tortillas – Gluten Free

A Delicious & Easy Bread Alternative
Looking for a healthy, tasty substitute for bread? These quinoa tortillas are simple to make and packed with nutrition!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a strong blender (I use a Vitamix), blend the quinoa with 1 cup of water, olive oil, and salt for a few seconds.
- Add the remaining ½ cup of water and blend again until smooth and liquid in texture.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Once hot, pour a large spoonful of the batter into the pan and spread it gently into a round tortilla shape.
- Cook until lightly browned on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve with all your favorite tortilla toppings: avocado, roasted veggies, spreads, dips – or enjoy it on its own!
